Rapper Blueface has listed his Santa Clarita Valley mansion for $1.25 million, just one month after being released from prison, signaling a major lifestyle shift as he enters the new year amid ongoing legal troubles.
The 4,303-square-foot, two-story home—widely recognized by fans as the setting for his viral livestreams and dubbed the “Famous Cryp” house- was built in 2018 and marketed as a fully loaded bachelor pad. The property includes five bedrooms, five bathrooms, a custom media room, an indoor fireplace, an outdoor fire pit, a two-car garage, and a landscaped backyard.

The sale comes during a turbulent period for the “Thotiana” rapper, born Johnathan Porter, who is currently facing a $131,000 debt owed to Jackilyn Martinez, the mother of Soulja Boy’s child. The debt stems from a 2023 defamation lawsuit filed after Blueface publicly claimed to be the child’s biological father during a social media feud with Soulja Boy. After failing to respond to the lawsuit, a judge issued a $123,245 default judgment, which has since increased due to interest.
Blueface recently addressed the debt during a livestream, making light of the situation by joking that he was paying Soulja Boy’s child support because his rival was “going broke.”
Despite the legal issues, Blueface has been keeping active with new music and teasing a dating show. He is also reportedly seeing a new woman named Ashley, following brief post-prison relationships with Nevaeh Akira and Hazel-E.
With his high-profile home now on the market and a new relationship underway, Blueface appears focused on turning the page-leaving behind both his old residence and lingering controversies as he moves forward in 2026.
